Introduction

Connecting the energy of the body and mind to the restfulness of the soul.
Through movement and breathing and dynamic alignment, we center ourselves, we find balance.
We make room to explore and feel and be.
“Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind.”
-Patanjali, translated from Sanskrit

Chenoa Mitsui began practicing yoga in 2003. Four years later, in the same week her husband and her yoga teacher each asked whether she had ever considered teaching yoga herself. Energized by the idea and by their support, she trained at the
White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California in 2008. Certified as a teacher since 2009, Chenoa is gratified to bring the myriad benefits of yoga to others in group and private classes. Teaching an “un-branded” style of yoga that could best be described as Hatha vinyasa flow, she enjoys bringing students along with her on a journey of breathing, moving and living consciously.
